This case is a gross miscarriage of justice over 50 years by the corrupt NZ justice system, gross breaches of Human Rights, privacy and courts with judicial officers steeped in prejudice, misogyny. discrimination, and denial of the truth being told.

The NZ law society members are dishonest, have undisclosed conflicts of interest, all todate fail to detail what they do, want huge retainers, what for? they quit, often in 24 hours as they get bought off, are too lazy, are not ‘gunna’ put in the work, are foul mouthed vulgar, have no respect, breach their code of ethics, and all get covered by the panel of same streets attorneys, some who participated in the case. None are honest, they have double standards, have no manners, are stuck in gas lighting and narcissistic abuser behaviours to force you to pay them for abusing you.

Poverty is often presented as the basic underlying cause of trauma.
This nz justice system are hellbent on being ‘ terrorist like” in causing 50 years of trauma and knowingly perpetuating this throughout those 50 years by not allowing my Mother a cent for her welfare, wellbeing and forcing her into 50 consecutive years at 365 days slave labour to provide for 6 kids then 3 singlehandedly from 1970 nor allowing her a day of relief, They do not stop there in her last years, we continued to manage without drawing a wage ourselves, when she became disabled. And these judges have taken our equity, lying to the court, public media to condemn us and try to silence, now fighting me because they do not want the truth to come out.
Since I was a teenager, I’ve worked every day — unpaid, unsupported, and unacknowledged — to build what others now enjoy. Mother and I were the only ones who did the work. While my siblings pursued comfort and indulgence, we carried the weight — often standing for 18–20 hours a day, 365 days a year, with no holidays, no relief, and no help.
We created this portfolio together. We paid the mortgage. We held things together while others abandoned us — or worse, returned only to take more.

Mother passed in 2017, the injustice only deepened. The bank closed all mortgages and shifted the full debt into my name. Then a court-appointed trustee, together with one of the largest banks in Australasia — CBA (which owns NZ’s ASB) — forcibly sold the second property at just 40% of its CV, deliberately robbing me of my rightful share, yet they continued for 28 years sending Mother’s bank statements to the estranged younger sister, even after she passed away.

They never paid the mortgage. They stripped the asset, stole the equity, and left me to carry the financial burden alone. This is not just mismanagement. It’s fraud — institutional fraud that targeted the only person who contributed anything real.

Meanwhile, two sisters now live in luxury, each sitting on $950,000 homes, built from stolen equity, while I continue to pay off the debt on a house that was forcibly sold out from under me.
This isn't a family legacy. It's theft, slavery, and legal betrayal — all made possible by a system that rewards lies and punishes truth-tellers.

I expose it, whilst both of us have had our birthright ruined by the corrupt NZ justice system, government and barristers that violently abused us, all personally attacking me in the court, whilst stealing our equity, are silent.
