New Zealand’s Courts: A System Built on Denial and Corruption

Is there such a thing as truth in New Zealand’s justice system? From my experience, the answer is no. Judges and magistrates neither tell the truth nor have the intellectual courage to question the other side. They live in denial, trapped in their own minds—unable to access truth in this lifetime. What we see instead is corruption, cover-ups, and a complete failure of justice.

The Younger Sister: Lies Weaponised

The younger estranged sister—40 to 50 years estranged—stood before the court and lied. This was 100% illegal. She misused her government-funded position at the post office to violate the human rights of her Mother and steal our possessions.

Her actions didn’t stop there:

• She repeatedly came to our home and property to steal, including the cultured marble Beethoven Bust.

• She invited herself into our homes, violating our rights, even forcing Mother to drive my car illegally—so she could shop with Mother’s money.

• She pretended she was coming to my 40th birthday—though no party existed—manipulating Mother, gravely unwell with a failing heart, into a six-hour round trip by train just to collect her. Once inside, she stole again.

• This behaviour was no accident. As a child, she would creep into Mother’s bedroom while she slept to steal personal belongings. That was hers alone, not something learned from Mother.

And still, the New Zealand government turns a blind eye.

The Oldest Sister: Narcissism, Greed, and Theft

The oldest estranged sister—50 years gone, jealous, spiteful—showed the same pattern. She would invite herself to our homes, only to steal. Dinner sets, personal gifts—nothing was safe. After I completed university, she had already pocketed a $50,000 handout from her first partner. She spent it on a luxury European holiday that failed. When she returned, she latched onto me, stealing again—including an item gifted to me by a USA professor. She was caught red-handed when it fell out of her bag onto my couch in the flat I was renting, where once more, she had invited herself to stay.

Judges, Lawyers, and Banks: Partners in Corruption

No judge had the right to order equity to be handed to them. Yet this is exactly what happened, exposing the abuse of power by Ann Hinton, obnoxious John Moore, and the corrupt Kate.

Nobody else in New Zealand is paying a mortgage on a property that was illegally sold at just 40% of CV by court-appointed Christopher Robert Darlow. The government-owned bank that enabled it is equally corrupt.
