Exposing Corruption and Human Rights Abuses in New Zealand's Justice System

I need help exposing the corruption and human rights abuses in New Zealand's justice system. For over 50 years, New Zealand has been guilty of human trafficking and committing crimes against humanity, enabled by a judiciary that breaches human rights with impunity. This is a 50-year fight by one mother, exploited by New Zealand government employees, the NZ Law Society, and others in the justice system. From violations of her Rights 50 years ago, before any matrimonial settlements occurred, instead NZ denied her a cent for her welfare, for sacrificing and raising and educating 6 kids, yet allowed the spouse to keep and have everything. 50 years on, after 365 days the entire time  her Will has been violated, her rights ignored, and her lifetime equity knowingly stolen. Yet, New Zealand has never provided any support.

For the past 7 years, I’ve endured relentless abuse, condemnation, and extortion of millions of dollars of my equity, alongside 24 years of unpaid labor used to generate wealth for others who never shared anything. I was denied a wage, exploited, and forced into a lifetime of servitude. Both New Zealand and Australia share responsibility for these injustices.

The corrupt justice system, supported by members of the NZ Law Society and politicians, tries to silence those who speak out. Complaints processes are systematically corrupted, offering no real recourse. In 2000, the UNHRC labelled New Zealand’s judicial complaints process as corrupt—a label that still holds true. Where is the media in New Zealand? The government has silenced them, shutting down entire TV channels under the leadership of John Key to suppress the truth.

Judges are failing to do their jobs properly. They falsify narratives, ignore facts, and refuse to question the opposing side. They condone the actions of incompetent officers of the court, some of whom are censured and lack basic legal knowledge or accountability. Judges use willful blindness, then shift blame onto members of the public who dare to bring cases forward. I was in the court 50 years ago, and witnessed the misogynistic magistrate refusing to allow Mother anything and 7 years complete failure to pay any maintenance for 3 girls 9, 10 11, she was forced to then raise on bare bones.  Hold your ignorance, there is way more to this than can be written here. There are 1000s of NZers who knew what we did, from low paid to billionaires, yet all remain in guilty silence. The government politicians do not know what they are talking about, off there faces, pretending to look busy as they redo the mess created by the party before them. That is nothing clever there. That’s right isn’t it  eg David Seymour is stuck in avoidance, pretending that  his suggestions “go do your wellbeing” when is so out of balance there is nothing to exist on as we have already been used as human traffic to provide lazy life for bludgers in nz who never passed any school exams and have not contributed anything of value to nz. There is way more to this can I can write here.  , Winston Peters we all know double standards, could never admit to the reality, so is in denial and avoidance. Don’t get pissed off at me, you  nzer s are guilty , you knew you cheated. From property managers who failed to do anything , did not drive past in 12 months, as she was covering for the double standards lawyers who claimed they acted for this Testatrix but actually were traitors.   The hypocrisy of john jackson , only a below average attorney, claiming to act for Testatrix for 35 years but actually helped himself to our funds, whilst opposing the Testatrix to support and provide invoice for 2, estranged sisters.  It was not his job to act under false pretences,  as jackson russell sure were not trying to get any funding for this exhausted Mother at her wits end with nothing.  They too ignored the narcissistic abuser behaviour of the siblings , something this Mother could never be held accountable for. Mother was gone from 4am to midnight, used as human traffic for 50 consecutive years. This firm actually colluded with narcissistic abuser siblings, who they know never provided any support to the Mother, and had serious conflicts of interest.

NZ needs to wake up and extinguish these overpaid government employees who have lied, are not of any value whatsoever and only creating a mess to waste our resources. Their hatred is shown by them blocking this genocide and refusing to provide proper legal representation

Many barristers are extortionists who exploit clients, demand large retainers, and produce falsified invoices while failing to deliver results. They completely lack accountability, explanation, and professionalism. This systemic failure has led to gross miscarriages of justice, leaving individuals like me to endure unfit legal representation and negligence.

This is my personal experience and is not to be misconstrued in any format nor pulled out of context because of those who do not like the truth. I have evidence. I lived every second of this christopher robert darlow, a former NZ Law Society board member, who:

• Violated the will of the Testatrix and committed fraud.

• Blocked all communication, lied, acted abusively, and demonstrated financial incompetence.

• Devalued a Parnell property and forced its sale at 40% of its CV to benefit himself, selling it to ed robert vos, known to him and the agent. This has me  paying the mortgage while he profited.  I went to university for 5 years, to do that, to provide for bludgers . Then make every judge, every government employee do exactly the same, no home, no food, no car, no shoes, no social connections for 45+ years, working 365 days to provide luxury for narcissistic abuser bludgers. Tell the truth nz. This is undeniable.

• Failed to inspect the property for over four years and blatantly refused to communicate.

As the sole Executrix and Sole Beneficiary, I lived with the Testatrix for over 45 years, cared for her full-time, and carried every mortgage. Yet Darlow, alongside the judiciary, refused to hold himself accountable and used his position to exploit and destroy what was rightfully ours.

The NZ justice system has consistently ignored my rights:

• Judges refuse to consider history or case facts, failing to ask questions or investigate.

• Solicitors avoid meaningful conversations, taking fees while offering no advice or strategy.

• Government agencies, including the SFO and police, cover up blatant crimes and exploitation.

This exploitation began 50 years ago, when my mother—a tertiary-qualified woman—was forced to flee a violent spouse who made repeated attempts on her life,  with four young children. She endured decades of slave  labor, working 365 days a year without recognition or support, while the courts and barristers ignored her rights. There was no matrimonial settlement, and the father paid no maintenance.

The injustice has continued to this day. Judges like Helen Winkie, the Chief Justice, prioritise their own interests and refuse to address the systemic issues. The NZ judiciary has committed human trafficking and crimes against humanity by exploiting generations of our lifetimes.

The unbelievable lies from ann hinton and john simon moore are unacceptable. For them to believe that the youngest narcissistic abuser was chasing wild goats on the clifftops as a 2 years old as stated in her opening narrative paragraph is the extend to the garbage. There were no wild goats on cliff tops and any in mountains could not be seen by naked eye from the homestead.

The farcical hinton lying about 20 visits, from the overpaid lazy oldest narcissist abuser who only came to Auckland on luxury holidays for shopping expeditions for herself , the mother was gone at work. There was no proof, and the fact she would not have known where Mother worked nor been able to see or spend any time with her. There is more than this. this judge has repeatedly committed crimes against this Testatrix, knowingly using her as human traffic. WE had no phone, is utter insanity this judge who is totally wrong and unable to sort fact from fiction, the mother had no holidays and could not have taken time off to visit a narcissist abuser who only stole her belongings and abused her. 

These nasty family issues are not to be overlooked  by a spiteful judge trying to cover her guilt of payments under the bench plus more and desperate to silence me.

The lazy brat, had a home, a regular paying government job, partners on huge regular incomes, new car and support, clothes, shoes and food, the mother had none of that , though tforced to raise 3 girls on bare bones.

This brat now lives in luxury yet has never contributed a thing to nz.  She has lied, as has a commercial walnut plantation on their lifestyle block, the idea from the oldest son, who got the entire farm at 14, taking everything the mother had done, forcing Mother into slave labour with no relief.

There has not been one judge with the common sense to understand the reality, they only abuse the “5” as both of us are “5”s by them extorting $550000 per year from public purse without any rational common sense nor understanding.
