Fighting Back Against Corrupt Barristers: Your Voice Matters

When you try to check their for suitability and availability, this is what I find:

calls and inperson have been an incredibly frustrating experience due to their short attention span and constant snappiness.

They are consistently negative and quick to belittle with obnoxious and condescending remarks.

Their highly judgmental attitude, based not on facts but on their personal bias, makes it nearly impossible to have a productive conversation.

Instead of listening or engaging constructively, they are dismissive, opinionated, and utterly inflexible.

This arrogance, combined with their lack of respect for differing perspectives and individuals, has created a toxic environment where collaboration is stifled, and progress is hindered.

 Their condescending demeanour has made it clear that they are more interested in asserting their own misguided opinions than working toward any meaningful solution.

They know they want money, as they tell us that in first 10 minutes, further indicating they are scammers. Yet they do not like to be told off, this proves they are dishonest and have no integrity. You can see they do nothing for NZ.

TRAGIC STORY OF ABUSE of ONE MOTHER from her own narcissistic abuser kids.

Younger sister is TOTAL BS, GARBAGE, a 100% sociopathic narcissistic abuser . Here is proof:

1.       No records, she was never a property manager. Mother never kept her records in a sloppy diary . Tells all that her records are fake. She had 36 years to speak with Mother and include her criminal inlaws and explain themselves. They never said a thing. Only came to steal from us, and exploit us.

2.       There was no proof rent was paid on time, nor was the water usage collected. Is intentional gross negligence, as there you have a species trying to say she is worth $300000 for calling up a plumber to replace a shower, when a manager is paid $3000 for entire year with regular visits, full records, all payments, inspection reports, photos,  insurance claims++ To say she was doing that is lies, as she told the court “ I was a young mother, I had to get home to my partner. “  There you have proof, she did not know what she was doing, was acting under false pretences.

3.       Not allowed to visit her home, nor ever offered to take mother to her home and care for her at their expense.

4.       Stole our belongings. Mother’s wrote this in letters. As a child this brat would go into Mother’s room as she slept and steal her items. This worried Mum, what would she do as an adult.

5.       Stole my Cultured Marble Beethoven Bust, $20,000 value, Michael Weir, as she was the only person who knew it was in the cupboard

6.       Never paid but invited herself and her inlaws to our homes to stay, never contributing a cent

7.       Appallingly in 1994, too mean to pay for her own accommodation, when she had 2 incomes, forced Mother out of her bed in the 1 room we rented. You do not treat your Mother who went without her needs to provide this sociopathic narcissistic abuser the most expensive private schooling in NZ, when the brat had enough money to fly over with her kid. They turn up in old jeans, always Mother took her shopping to buy clothes to make her look a bit human. The sociopath is fulltime NZ government employee, stuffing boxes in n z post. The are so slovenly, she turns up filthy. Both her and partner on huge regular income plus government handouts, This was abuse, as Mum and I had nothing, not even a plate. She spoke rudely to Mother, never paid a cent towards rent nor use of utilities, nor took Mother out for a meal, they could afford, nor in a taxi to any appointment. Totally ignorant of Mother’s Special Needs, no teeth from 1960s and they are unable to think she might need some help. They themselves were taking nutritional support yet never offer Mum anything. The hallmarks of true Sociopathic Narcissistic Abusers.

8.       Never picked Mum up in car to take her to appointment ever, in NZ ever in 85+. Nor offered to pay for treatment for Mum nor essential therapists in 85 + years.   The schollums are such spongers, out of order, expect and steal from everyone. NZ is wrong to force this Mother to continue to provide for someone who has named her kids after the inlaws, yet abused and extorted from the Mother and I for the entire 36 years, then taking our equity from 36 years, are proof NZ is a nation of abusers of Rights. Hang on, wait till you find out who the bludger thieving schollums are.

9.       Called in 2000ish “ I want Mum” is the dumbest thing I ever heard, from someone who thought they were mature enough to get married and have a kid, so she called us to pay for the kids education, when the brat should have gone to public school. Total ignorant of Mother’s serious health condition, is proof she is narcissistic abuser. This is what the bludger inlaws taught her to return to the Mother to steal our belongings, to ask for money, to take the clothes off your Mother’s back, to push your mother to the limit of her health, at 70+ whilst struggling to breath, to take long 3 hour train journeys each way, then provide her meals,  bed, heating, entertainment, and take her shopping, all the while acting as a traitor. The judges have no right to make any comments, as they blocked this Mother from ever speaking.

10.   Too stupid to buy her own soap and towel to use in Mums home using her water, and not paying for it, when Mum had inadequate income, to stay the night before the fake wedding. Oh the MIL taught her to ask, stupid questions with no input, just like they do in the nz courts. NO intellectual depth, no thought, go through her motions, is all she does. Proof joleanne schollum, sociopathic, abuser of elder Rights.

11.   Shocking abuse of elderly person, who was in life threatening health condition, struggling to breath, in 2001 when she forced Mother  to travel 3 hours on non air conditioned train to meet her when the brat was old enough to find her own way to us. It was abuse she could not keep up with 70 yr old Mother, struggling to breath, and deliberately missed the train so she could be with the bludger MIL., had never had a job in her life, her kids all with failed marriages, were bludgers, sponged off every country they visited. Exploited us both without our approval.

12.   Of course there were relatives, inlaws knew what was going on, but all chose to ignore.

13.   Including mother being forced to live in 1 room  with no facilities, of her own home, while UNHRC resided in her home, so she could afford to keep the home. Yet the guilty kids, never afford her a day of relief, though they both have taken our lifetime of equity, yet neither of them are educated, sat their like sheep. We both, tertiary qualified + did this off our own bat, with no support. Using the sociopathic narcissistic abuser darlow and liar and sociopathic judge hinton, they took our $2.1M, including $100,000s of borrowed funds, for maintenance and fixing things overlooked by the lazy absent property managers, and rough tenants, I did, using my 40 years of property investing. Yet they all had their needs met, including the Mother;s rotten narcissistic abuser younger sisters who spent their entire live on government handouts. Hinton is guilty, she was fully aware this has gone on, nzls members over the 36+ years were fully aware what we did.

14.   This is not all.  Registrars in the NZ courts are guilty, pervert  the course of justice, by  their illegal handling, including sending documents to wrong addresses, serving documents to some email in Africa is fraud, illegally publishing passport in the court as public document, blocking me from hearings, failing to inform of dates, not putting me through to court room though knew I was on the line, muting my calls, failing to pass documents to the bench, including hand delivered documents, intentional extended waits of hours and hours for them to answer the phone due to  their no manners and appalling attitudes of “hate” inflicted on the public,  to being misleading and deceptive, telling to me to  things to then oppose and block me, renders the judge hinton and the corrupt magistrates in dc,  not fit for purpose, lying in their transcript, telling the cheating younger sister, what to say in the witness box to undermine the disabled deceased Testatrix, is perverting the course of justice,  to blocking you from hearing, by not putting the call they answered through to the hearing,  so summary judgment is made, all overseen by judges, each with both hands in the public purse for $550000 each per annum, abusing the “5”,  perverting the course of justice. None of them have any Rights to abuse the "5".These plus more apply to hc and dc Auckland. None of them respect money. guilty ann and the courts, and the entire dc, violating one person, who has not been paid, reeks of their hellbent covering up the fact they all take payments under the bench.

 They have no sense of the reality, as their lives are steeped in corruption and filth.
