Uncovering Family Estate Injustices: Join the Movement;

Types of immoral and appalling behaviour from NZ , overlooked by judges and solicitors, yet are crimes against humanity.

My Mother was deprived of her Human Rights by her own narcissistic abuser kids. Their appalling behaviour is relentless, right up to her death, and beyond, whenever they could vent on her, over her last 50 years.

 None of the other siblings ever provided Mother a spoonful of food nor a bed for the night at their own expense in 85 years, yet they would force their way into our homes, using us for free accommodation including utilities, never once taking Mother by car, to any appointment nor ever providing anything for her welfare.

Both of them john f…..s – both failed marriages, john was the spouse of each, of the 50 yrs estranged sociopathic narcissistic abuser siblings.

Do you have experiences in your family like this?  The NZ justice system and NZ law society have no moral compass. This judge falsified facts about the reality, none of them would hear the truth.

Is gross negligence of all solicitors to lie to the court, including the trustee who has not once told the reality, as this sociopathic narcissistic abuser completely refused to speak with anyone but the other side. His sociopathic conduct is unlawful. Every single legal advocate, including international barristers, obviously with higher qualifications than his wee  llb, (clearly obtained by cheating), were treated appallingly, false allegations made against them, of his own making, and his mucking around for weeks and weeks on end. Nobody should ever go to NZ, they have no manners and treat those who know the reality, sub humanely.

The only living person, caring for Mother esp over her last 36 years.

Look at these immoral behaviours, 50 years estranged, chose to be raised by her father, had everything, only came to Mother to abuse, condemn and steal our belongings. Lorianne fletcher, 64 year old baby , no kids, only herself to look after. Never shared a thing with Mother, also

Here is the only time Mother asked if she could pop in and visit

1.     In 50 yrs Mother asked to stop into the oldest brat luxury lifestyle block in Kapititi, as this was the first holiday Mum and I had in NZ in 50 yrs, and  would be driving past to visit her 95 yr old aunt. Below is the point blank refusal. That shows her nature. Yet she lied to the court, with selfish wants, jealousy, spite and irrational behaviour to expect the mother to provide her luxury retirement. The brat lied to the court, she has commercial walnut plantation from over 20 yrs ago would be in full production, can afford luxury horses, including from movie, yet refuse d to allow her Mother to visit. This brat has never had a health concern in her life, and her love of outdoors comes from the mother.  We all know about her life of drugs, dope smoking, and no doubt the illicit plantations on the property. She boasted of her dope smoking, off her face on psychedelics & drunk, fighting the spouses, throwing punches +++ crying to the exhausted Mother, working from 4am to 11pm. 50 yrs on still she mocked the disabled deceased Mother in the court. Too cowardly to sue her father and at the least her 2 spouses and the brothers who got the farm.

What else was going on to harm the Testatrix?

1.     Incredible in 1970 she had choose , chose to be raised by the father, who kept the farm , house, car, had support, and the 2 brother to run the farm, they had clothes, shoes, food, and Mum got her a job in NZ post with training yet the mother was forced to leave with only clothes on our backs then raising the 3 girls 10, 11 12 on bare bones. For a fact there was no normal meal for my mother for the next 30 yrs.  Food was last on the list, she paid for our private school education then needed to continue slaving to get us a home and provide for our futures.

2.     This bludger 64 year old baby, failed to pass any school exams  chose a bludging life, smoking , pubs, drinking sleaze and would mock the mother in writing, spoken word for the next 50 yrs and in the court, after the disabled Mother and I had built up our property .

3.     The judge falsified facts, to say the mother who had nothing to live on, had a moral duty to provide for this lazy 64 years old who had 2 spouses each built her a new home, paid for cards, paid for luxury holidays ever year. We lived on bare bones, charity inadequate nutritional food, as there was nothing, Mum had the 4 youngest under 10 from 1970 to 1973. Mother never had a single plate of food from any man  in NZ for the next 50 years. We went decades without a normal  meal. We paid the mortgages, which had interest rates at 25%.

4.     the narcissistic abuser judge, guilty of crimes against humanity lied about the reality of Testatrix’s  life.

5.     Obviously the judge takes bribes, using this  ugly sociopathic sister  who had more than her Mother. There she is blaming her Mother for her own choice of 2nd spouse, claiming to be an exec at oil company , Shell, with woman and kids on every continent, from the Golden Triangle, Panama, Ghana, filipines, Senegal, Thailand, appeared himself in the court, with yet another  woman,  handling piece of papers in  the court, throughout the 5 day proceeding. This spouse too, guilty of crimes against humanity,  spent his money on prostitution, crime ++ yet never had a conversation with the  Testatrix.  Never forget, the lazy brat, chose to be raised by her father from 1970. She had no right to ever steal, bitch, moan, or say a thing about Mother, as Mother was never given a cent, for her own welfare. Neither does any judge nor anybody in NZ .  NZ never allowed the Mother to speak.

6.     This slut would drive and hang around the property, Mum rented where the sewer ran outside the kitchen on the ground , this slut would sit out in her car, paid for by nz government eating takeaways, then chuck the papers on the lawn for us to clean up.  I never heard a kind word from her. Yet in the court she could afford team of solicitors to abuse and mock the disabled mother as though we owed her. This narcissistic abuser never paid a cent for the welfare of Mother. She invited herself into our homes without asking nor warning and would use our property , never paying a cent, excessively using our utilities and stealing our belongings. Totally ignorant of things like water restrictions, short showers, turning off light. That, is how we got our property which this nz justice system has committed fraud, taking our lifetime of work.The judge chose to ignore the truth, and completely falsified facts, as did Darlow , completely refusing to tell the truth, and so angry at his own guilt had gone on witch hunt to violate me. Yet over the 50 years, no solicitor had conversation with Mother nor gave her advice they stood by.

7.     The nz justice system and the nz law society are guilty for crimes against this Testatrix+. Those properties, from 1982, the court has committed fraud, like darlow , has bankrupted 1000s of estates, and is guilty. They never allowed my Mother a cent for herself from her own property.  The banks, the lawyers over the 35 years and the accountants all knew this. Silence is not an option.  NZ is guilty for crimes against humanity. The fact these 2 john f,,,,,s have chosen to abuse the disabled deceased Mother and I in the court, shows you NZ has no moral compass. The world knows the  guilty nzers, have no manners, like the judges, unable to discern right from wrong, due to their own corrupt behaviours, wilful blindness and stuck in their stuck system of corruption.
